I am currently trying to debug this issue. if it happens to you, please download this little batch file into your EITtris folder on your computer. When you run it, it will run EITtris in debug mode, which produces a file called "eittris.log". If EITtris crashes while in debug mode, please email this file to me at eric@me3.net so I can examine it.
Try closing all other open applications. That usually fixes this problem.
Really old errata...
Some video cards do this after initializing Directx. This problem should be fixed in the next release.
Again, this is a DirectX/video card problem. I will fix this in the next release.
This is a bug in DirectVarmint. It should be resolved in the next version.
I haven't implemented S3M playback yet. It should be in the next version.
This happens because I had inadvertently left some debugging code in the version 1.30a release. If you download EITtris now, you will get version 1.30b (or later) and it won't have this problem.
This was discovered just one day after the initial 1.22 release. If you see this bug, you were one of the unlucky ones to get the early 1.22 release. Simply download it again from the home site and you will get the version with the fix. You will know it has been fixed, because it will say the version is 1.22a in the text intro page.
This bug was found along with the rotate keys bug. Just download 1.22 again from the home site and it will be fixed.
